Effective October 12, 2026. ODDJOBS is a small creative AI service. You can contact the operator through workspace support.

What we store

We store your email, display name, password hash, hashed recovery code, sign-in sessions, mission briefs, selected references, AI results, generated files, usage records, and support messages. We never store your password as readable text. We use hashed rate-limit identifiers to limit abusive traffic.

What goes to OpenAI

Starting a mission sends its brief, selected reference contents, and earlier crew results to OpenAI. A revision also sends relevant work from the previous version. If you enable web research, the model may send search queries to its search provider. Avoid entering passwords, payment details, confidential material, or sensitive personal information.

Provider handling is governed by OpenAI’s API data documentation. We request deletion of stored model responses after results are saved. This does not promise immediate erasure from all provider security or operational records.

Who can see your workspace

Other members cannot list, open, change, or download your work. The operator has infrastructure access for running the service. The admin interface shows usage and job status; it does not list mission content. Support can see information you include in a ticket.

Retention and deletion

Missions and reference files expire after 30 days. You can delete completed missions and reference uploads earlier. Deleting an upload does not remove copies already included in a mission; delete those missions too. Account deletion removes the account, workspace, and support messages after active work has stopped and provider cleanup has completed.

Rolling backups may retain deleted information for up to 7 days. Aggregate or de-identified spending records can remain to prevent abuse and reconcile billing. Download your work or export your account before deleting it.

Cookies and third parties

We use an essential sign-in cookie. There are no advertising trackers in this app. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives network information such as your IP address. The hosting provider processes requests and may keep operational logs.

Your controls

Open Account & usage to export your data, change your password, manage references, or delete your account. The recovery code can reset your password, so keep it private. Contact support about privacy requests or concerns.
